The Problem

What makes this hard.

  • The move from liquid to gas is where most bridge arrangements quietly fail, because nobody contracted for it at the start.
  • Gas arrival dates slip, and a customer with no pre-agreed conversion terms has no leverage when they do.
  • Conversion engineering is treated as a new project, re-tendered under time pressure.

Our Approach

We treat conversion as rung 03 of the original agreement. The trigger, the scope, the engineering and the post-conversion price are all defined at signature. When gas becomes available, the step happens on pre-agreed terms.
